CONCLUSION

woman doing workout

Compared to PiYo, these other home workout fitness class options pale in comparison. While many of them have low impact cardiovascular benefits and / or toning and sculpting capacity that include mind body training, the PiYo program provides better results with more viewing and purchase options. There are definite fitness benefits associated with all the other workout programs we looked at, and each of these programs offer a solid workout depending upon your fitness level and workout needs. The bottom line however, is this; when compared to the methods, patterns, style, and benefits of the PiYo program, PiYo is a better, more effective workout bang for your buck in all areas, hands down.
