The NordicTrack Treadmill: Three Different Series
NordicTrack has three different series that we think are worth looking at. First, the C-Series is your standard treadmill. The Incline series offers greater incline for those who enjoy it — up to 40 percent.
Finally, the Desk series is for those adventurous souls who want to try working at a treadmill desk.
NordicTrack Treadmill C-Series
C-series treadmills are available in running and walker models. Depending on your fitness level, the treadmill you choose will vary. Some features of these treadmills include extra-wide decks, cushioning, and quiet operation.
Most treadmills are foldable, allowing owners to store them away when not in use. They feature a continuous horsepower motor. The treadmills also have adjustable speed and incline settings.
NordicTrack Treadmill Incline Trainers
The NordicTrack treadmill incline trainer series is the top of the line variety available from the company. Their main feature is a very steep incline, which allows users to burn more calories in less time, and also targets muscle toning.
They also help minimize the impact on the joints, helping to reduce injuries as well. Most of these treadmills go from a negative incline to up to +40 percent incline. They feature a seven or 10-inch console for adjusting workout settings.
They also include a one-year iFit subscription. Google Street View and Maps compatibility also allow owners to track their favorite outdoor routes. They can bring these indoors for a fun at-home workout.
NordicTrack Treadmill Desk Series
The Desk series treadmills are great for people who sit all day for work. Individuals who work from home would also benefit from this treadmill. A compact tread belt makes it easy to walk while working.
A comprehensive desk allows owners to fit a laptop or notepad on it easily. They can do their work while working out. These treadmills also come with iFit training, Bluetooth compatibility, and USB ports, for your convenience.
Although they’re not for everyone, these treadmills are super for people who always have excuses for not working out. Now there’s no excuse not to get a workout in, even if it is a brief one, every day.
NordicTrack Treadmill Features
Every NordicTrack treadmill includes several great features, setting the manufacturer apart from competitors.
Apart from the desk series line, most treadmills the company sells contain at least 20 programs to select. The treadmills are compatible with iFit subscriptions.
This product allows owners to choose from hundreds of workout destinations in the comfort of their homes. Owners also have access to dozens of personal trainers they can work out with at home.
They can also vary workout types, intensity levels, and blend them in with running/jogging on the treadmill.
High definition touchscreens are also available on most treadmills. And, they feature EKG heart rate monitors.
This feature allows owners to do interval, HIIT (high-intensity interval training), or other heart rate driven exercises.
Some treadmills feature USB plugs, backlit monitors, and other features like MP3 player ports. Regardless of the NordicTrack treadmill consumers choose, there are plenty of great features to enhance workouts.

Best NordicTrack Treadmill in the C-Series
And now, here’s the best of each series, in our opinion.
The NordicTrack C-series
There’s no shortage of options when buying a NordicTrack treadmill. With great features, design, and usability, there’s a model for everyone.
The best C-series product, in our opinion, is the NordicTrack C700 series. Although it’s the entry-level model, it has several great features. It’s affordable, easy to set up, and features several program options.
The treadmill is compatible with iFit, has 20 workouts apps, and sports a built-in fan. It adjusts in incline and speed, from zero to 10 percent/MPH. It also includes a one-year warranty on parts and labor and lifetime on the frame and motor.
The Incline series
The best Incline series NordicTrack treadmill is the X9i incline trainer. This mid-level model has 44 preset workouts, dual fans, and a 3.0 CHP motor. It is iFit compatible and has Google maps built-in.
The trainer is easy to adjust. The incline/decline settings go from negative six to 40 percent. Owners will burn more calories, in a fraction of the time while working out.
Interested in trying a treadmill desk? Have a look at the NordicTrack desk. The platinum version is a nice upgrade, but it’s not worth the additional cost, in our opinion. Most people aren’t going to go eight MPH when working at a desk.
Other than that, the workout options are the same, so is the overall frame and layout of the treadmill. The traditional model of the desk series is also much cheaper than the platinum version.
