1. Green Juice Blend

You will blend/juice six stalks of celery, two green apples, a cucumber, three large leaves of both kale and romaine, a handful of spinach, one lemon, and a handful of parsley.
2. Cayenne Lemonade
This is a difficult mix for some people to drink, especially if you’re not a fan of spicy hot stuff. Just drink it fast – as this is a juice mix that has great weight loss benefits.
For this juice, you will combine the juice of three medium-sized lemons, a couple of dashes of cayenne, a tablespoon of honey (or agave), and 16 ounces of water.
3. Pineapple Blend
Sweet and delicious, with a touch of cool, this is a great juice blend for morning, noon, or night. It’s made up of two green apples, one-third of a pineapple (fresh), and a couple of pinches of fresh mint.
4. Power Blend
To power you through this whole cleansing process, this juice mix has so many healthy fruits and vegetables that it is just the best. It also has some ginger to help keep your tummy at ease.
For this power blend, you’ll combine two green apples, three large carrots, two beets (throw in the greens and everything), one lemon, and one and a half tablespoons of ginger.
Other Rules of the Cleanse
While you’re on your juice cleanse, you can also have around 12 ounces of almond milk (unsweetened only) a day to go with everything (drink it on its own though). You want to avoid coffee and alcohol, but you can have tea and tons of water. Lastly, don’t forget to exercise!
